The human brain is squishy and likes to make patterns out of randomness. I have always been drawn to systems with a lot of symbolism because it scratches that itch. Things like tarot and deep dives into mythology help pull all the threads together in a way squishy brains can understand.

"The Scene" is the fantasy within a CNC framework.

Some fictional works tell a story depicting two (or more) characters following the process of doing CNC kink, just as they would in real life: Consent discussion, Kink negotiation, “The Scene", and Aftercare.
