Thought of doing the same for my dad who was in the European Theater. He was in invasion of N Africa, Sicily, Anzio and crossed the Rhine river into Germany. Bad ass doesn’t begin to define Antifa.

When I flew recently, I made a little concoction of Dawn and distilled water for my son and grandson to use on their refrigerator and had it in a sprite bottle, then i got afraid of being held up over it and took only little tiny bottles instead.
i felt angry and ashamed because i caved to the fear

Here's the first post card my father sent to his family after it was determined that he was alive after all.

After Pearl Harbor the War Dept sent a telegram telling his parents that my father was lost in the attack. It was about 3 weeks before they got news that he was alive and well.

i think for the Mass Protest on 18Oct2025, I'll print up a picture of my dad in the Navy back in 1941 (USS California, Pearl Harbor) and label it my Antifa roots.

My father in 1941. He was on the USS California during the attack on Pearl Harbor and on the USS Lexington when it was sunk in the Coral Sea. OG Antifa

tbf my doctor had me draw a clock showing 11:15 at my last checkup. because i'm old.

it got me wondering how people are going to do that in the future when a normal clock will only be seen in the olden days museums.
