I just worried so hard about something I gave myself a 4am panic attack and hurt myself (abs specifically) which I need to be resting after surgery. Which is neat.

My mom left today and I'm in a lot of pain.
Day 4 I guess, lol
Anyway I showered all by myself and I've been able to get up and down the steps by myself.
I can't tell if I'm just stupidly ignoring pain or if this pain is really nothing like what I felt before my surgery.
Who knows.

Is a good idea in theory but not good advice in practice. Especially when aimed at working class artists. An artist has the same 24 hrs in a day that any worker has & it isn’t flawed to want compensation for your time.

Every $1 donation provides 4 or 5 meals from food banks. Even a donation of $5 right now can feed up to two dozen people. No, we shouldn’t have to do this. But we can.
Remember that while food banks welcome donations of food, they prefer $$$$$$$. They have deals with grocery stores and suppliers. You can only buy one dollar's worth of food for one dollar, but they can buy several dollars' worth. So don't, like, buy food to donate it, just give 'em the dough.

Here’s my note tracking Az’ fever one evening after his doctor, dentist, & pharmacist refused to update his script to the correct antibiotics.
He had a fever of 38c & rising. The dr’s office ignored us, the pharmacist refused to act without the dr. We couldn’t afford ER intake fees.
Great stuff.
