I genuinely wish I was joking but y e a h. That event was in 2018. Almost 9 years ago. The idea has stewed for that long and now I gotta drastically alter the ‘origin’ point cause YEAH.

Let this be a lesson in not letting your ideas remain as just ideas. Grab the bull by the horns and get it down and out there. Just make it exist first. You can make it look better later. But time is constantly against us.

This is why I hate my brain. For years since that first cinematic I’d been musing over a ‘what if Antonio was pulled out to sea and augmented by an AI lying dormant’ but could never get the gears going and now the RoT cinematic shows his corpse 🫡
