finally getting a chance to read through Rhodes filing which, at least so far, offers no real proof of conspiracy other than repeating "upon information and belief" a thousand times.
The one revealing thing so far is that NoFap is broke and no journalists have called him in over six years.

Of course, when Rhodes sued his own mother for defamation, Pennsylvania didn't have a SLAPP law. The state legislature passed one in 2024, allowing those sued for defamation to recover damages if the suit is harassment meant to chill free speech.

I feel real bad for Grasshopper Manufacture. There's the Lollipop Chainsaw remake whose developer says there'll be "no DEI" in the game. Then there's the Let it Die sequel that's jammed up with AI. They have nothing to do with/no input on either game. This is what happens when you don't own your IP!
