Question: Why are they purchasing land/building rather than leasing? Seems permanent. Planning to sell off at a deep discount to private prison operators? Perhaps bring in prisoners from other countries?

This was one of my kid's favorite days/nights of the year. They get locked into the high school for an up all night dance party marathon to raise money for Penn State Health Children's Hospital in Hersey🍫 Pennsylvania. Each year the record amount is broken.💙🙏🏽🤍
