One of the perks of being awake at 4 am is reading! I just finished Red Queen. I sadly didn’t love it, but I do love Victoria Aveyard. She fights against book bans, she advocates for authors and marginalized communities. She is an author I am always proud to support.

Today we have my son’s birthday party. The hardest decision I’ll make is whether to wear makeup and not be able to touch my face or eyes the entire day or to be comfortable and look like an exhausted ghost in pictures that will last a lifetime. Ahhh memories.
