Is the left for equality or not? You can't cherry pick equality. It's all or none. Support all human rights, all animal rights and all nature rights or you support none.

Non-vegan cowards come on your posts whining, then when they can't justify why they eat animals and support them being killed, or why they're speciesist and human supremacist, run away and block you.

Capitalism allows Nazism within it and greatly increases the chances of a full Nazi takeover.
November 10, 2025 at 2:30 PM
The CFIA are human supremacist Nazis. Where's the recommendation of human culls when they get and spread viruses? They're culling other animals at various locations for the same thing humans do.
November 10, 2025 at 1:15 PM
Culling animals and killing them for food or other human uses and MAID Track 2 are Nazi practices. It's the extermination of those seen as lesser.

I'm for environmentally-friendly and futuristic cars, but Tesla should be banned from Canada. It's American and owned by a Nazi. Let's make environmentally-friendly, futuristic cars in Canada.

Most pandemics are caused by humans, not other animals. STOP blaming animals for: Habitat destruction and deforestation, intensive agriculture and livestock farming, wildlife trade and consumption, population growth and urbanization, globalization and international travel, and climate change.

"I'm completely cool with culling humans when they get and potentially spread viruses". That's how absurd and deranged you sound if you say you support culling other animals when they get and potentially spread viruses.

I expect that those who support the culling of the BC ostriches will happily volunteer to be culled the next time they get a virus that they could spread, in order to "protect the rest of us" amirite? Put yourself in the hooves of the animals and see how you feel.

When you hurt animals, you hurt yourself. We. Are. One. 💚

Speciesism: The arrogant belief that animals exist to feed, clothe and entertain selfish human beings.
November 8, 2025 at 1:41 PM
Love how non-vegans get triggered when you talk about how killing and eating animals is wrong. Guilty conscience much?
November 8, 2025 at 1:21 PM
Speciesism is exactly the same as racism.
November 8, 2025 at 1:17 PM
Guess what? Killing animals for food, eating meat, testing on animals and everything connected to it, are conservative, traditional, primitive ideas that are no longer necessary. At least conservatives who support it are consistent. Nobody on the left should be supporting it.
November 7, 2025 at 2:59 PM
Those killing the ostriches in BC should be charged with mass murder, and their accomplices with being accomplices to mass murder. It's a genocide.

If you want a government that's really "elbows up" when it comes to dealing with Trump, as opposed to pretending to be "elbows up" during an election campaign, then immediately after being "elbows down, ass up", you'd have to elect a government to the left of the Liberals

Just like there's no room in the Conservative Party for progressive conservatives, there's no room in the NDP for revolutionaries/democratic socialists.

Finding microplastics in sea life is an excellent reason to both stop eating sea life and stop polluting our oceans.
November 6, 2025 at 2:19 PM
I don't blame any more progressive Conservative MPs for leaving the Conservative Party. There's literally nothing progressive about it anymore. I left the party back in 2020 because I saw this coming even then, even though at the time I was still a progressive conservative.

The Carney government seems more interested in giving billions to corporations instead of helping the working class who are struggling with affordability.

One thing about tilting to the right, no matter how you get there, is it turns you into a disordered weirdo. In Canada, look specifically at the OneBC folks as an example. They're unhinged.
something @joho.bsky.social pointed out in our recent podcast is that in early 2020, Vinay Prasad was a fairly buttoned down, polite guy, but after years of severe Twitter addiction, he's become extremely aggro, rude, and profane
Brett Kavanaugh's behavior during today's second oral arguments has been incredibly obnoxious and rude. He is so eager to kill a service member's lawsuit against a negligent government contractor that he keeps interrupting other justices, raising his voice, and getting emotional. Weird and erratic.

Amazon and Walmart are two of the biggest recipients of SNAP and Medicaid funds because they don't take care of their employees. Families working 40+ hours a week requiring gov subsistence. In Canada they go to food pantries to make ends meet.

Corporations are the real "welfare queens" of society

MLB needs a hard salary floor and cap. Revenue sharing would help the smaller market teams compete like it does in other sports. Redistributing wealth and striving for equality are always good things.

"Canada First" conservatives: "Canada first!"

Also "Canada First" conservatives: "Canada should be the 51st state!"

The one thing that pisses me off more than anything is when a society, league, whatever structure a) allows anyone to be way richer than everyone else and having no parity whatsoever, and b) everything being intentionally tipped in their favor through handouts and
