IC 1318 The Butterfly Nebula in RGB 😉.

Astrophoto taken with Sky-Watcher Explorer BD N200/1000 (Newtonian Telescope) and ZWO ASI2600MC Pro (OSC Camera). No filter. Bortle Class 6 Skies.

Amazing astrograph by Bernd!
Sh2-200 The Bearclaw Nebula captured from my patio on six nights last month 😊🔭

This was shot on the EdgeHD 8 for a total integration time of about 55 hours in mono with Ha and OIII narrowband filters and combined with RGB stars.

Unfortunately, it will not be possible for me to view the Geminid meteor shower ☄️tonight due to cloud cover. Perhaps there will be a break in the clouds at some point.

The Pacman Nebula NGC 281 in Cassiopeia had been on my wish list for several years, and now, over the course of 4 nights in September & October, I finally got it. Visually not an easy object due to light pollution, but really fun to photograph (tech. details in image) 🔭

It is an H II-region emission nebula in the constellation Cassiopeia.

Before I left Marblehead Light, I caught this shot with clouds to one side and aurora to the other. Not the best shot of the aurora but I think it's my favorite of the night.

M27 (Messier 27) The Dumbbell Nebula, also known as the Apple Core Nebula.

The first planetary nebula ever discovered.

This nebula is located in the constellation Vulpecula at a distance of more than 1,200 light-years.

Total integration time: 2.38 hours.
