A major win for the climate movement and protest rights in NSW. And against Minns’ anti-protest laws.

And our clever leaders have already said no to a climate trigger in the EPBC and instead will rely on a deeply, deeply flawed and farcical ‘Safeguard Mechanism’ theconversation.com/labor-is-clo... #Ecocide #ClimateCrisis

Really strong story from @newcastleherald.bsky.social about the Hunter Region’s role sending F35 jet fighter weapons parts to Israel for its genocide in Gaza. The F35 regional hub in Williamtown isn’t for Australia’s defence, it’s a US controlled global weapons hub run by the US, for the US
"I was meeting with senior leaders in Congress who were evangelical about the importance of Aukus", Defence Industry Minister, Pat Conroy's "real positivity" engagements.

Evangelical usually = a big red flag, esp in the US.
Admitting AUKUS is an act of faith?

The beloved Saleh Al-Jafarawi has been murdered. We are absolutely devastated. For 2 years he reported on the genocide of his people, just for him to be murdered during the ‘ceasefire’

Important evidence about Tony Blair deciding Gaza’s fate. His “thinktank” is heavily funded by Zionist money, particularly Larry Ellison who flipped Dem to Rep over Israel. Bought CBS, trying for CNN too. Controlling US TikTok for Israel. Massive program to stop condemnation of genocide.

I think we really should stop using antifa and just fully say anti-fascist and get them saying they are against anti fascism. Using antifa is giving them some distance and I genuinely think some of their base don’t even know that’s what it stands for.

The Albanese govt’s first term was the second most secretive on record.

Rather than changing their ways, they’re doubling down and tightening our FOI system to make it even harder to get information. Not a single expert or member of parliament outside of the Labor party has backed their new bill.

Just so we’re clear: Labor is choosing to work with the worst possible party on environmental issues, instead of the Greens and teals who actually want environmental regulation.
