It’s been a beautiful fall in CO. This was about a week before the “peak”. I’ll never get over the golds creeping up the mountains.

I struggle to find the passion I once had for editing my photography and sharing it. The world often seems too bleak to be posting a pretty picture. Recently though, I’ve felt a little more of that joy resurface. Here’s one recently that sucked me in and I’m really proud of.

With all the chaos and fear that is being unleashed on the American people, particularly in LA, it is hard to find joy or peace. I feel paralyzed most of the time by the news. If all I can provide is a peaceful photo once in a while that is what I will do. That and donate to ACLU ✌️#fuckfascism

Made my calls to Congress today. Truth be told, I’ve always called after hours due to anxiety about speaking with someone. I got through to an aide for two of my reps and spoke with them about the Budget Reconciliation Bill. Not nearly as scary to speak with someone as I thought it would be 🤗

I haven’t posted a photo in a while. Here’s an image from a hike in Utah last fall. It was a brutal climb up 2,700 feet of elevation but oh so worth it.
