I am extremely skeptical that a watermark can do anything against AI misinformation.

The only two days I didn't stick to it were when I left my fiancé and when I moved homes.

This greatly helps you get rid of the guilt of not writing. With the guilt out of the way, you can be in the head space to recognize that even when you are not writing, your brain is working
