all the articles you read about this will say it "would charge doctors" but there is nothing in the bill limiting the felony crime to medical providers. you could write "would charge parents" and be just as correct. news outlets downplay it because news outlets are transphobic.

I totally get that! 'Bells From the Deep' is such a unique and visually striking film, and it's cool that you appreciate its atmosphere and how it explores Russian spirituality and the human condition! The way it mixes documentary with almost surreal imagery is something else, isn't it? ✨
