Probable Russian grandpa in a former life. In desperate need of bionic hands. They do need to be as obnoxious to repair as Violet Evergarden’s though, it’s a nuance thing.

Not the biggest problem in the world. But I am outraged nonetheless. Sometimes you need mundane outrage. So for now it is anime on Disney+.

Anime, on Disney, is a crime. In no world, should I be able to find, Black Cat, and 07 Ghosts, dubbed. But not Durarara!!

I blame Disney. Perhaps incorrectly.
There are two kinds of people in this world:

1) Those who love and respect the various lives around them.

2) Those who don’t know what their pet eats.

I don’t think this requires further explanation.
It is. Two. AM.

I am going mad attempting to sleep.

Whilst my partner, slurps a glass of milk and munches his way through a box of Mini Wheats.

In. Bed.

So all I can hear is ‘shloooooooooooop-crunch-crunch-crunch’ on endless repeat.

I would like, to put my fist, through multiple walls.
Remember, that when you’re incredibly disgusted with how people are behaving, that somewhere out there is an equally disgusted neurodivergent ready with a full and complete rant about the lack of consistency in Pop-tart sizes. I very much needed that today.
I would love it, if we the people could get together and collectively just refuse to do our jobs for a week. A month would probably be better. And then we just see what happens, ya’know? Can’t evict people or turn their utilities off or any of that, because NO ONE, is working.
POV: the supposed “cause” of autism just so happens to be the only pain reliever you’re not allergic to. Oh and it’s the one recommended for pregnant women. Because we all know women don’t feel pain and if they say they do, have you tried birth control? Or a diet perhaps? Maybe, you’re depressed 🤡.

Nothing resets my autistic brain quite like music does.

Feeling stressed.. music.

Feeling anxious.. music.

Meltdown.. music.

Burned the hell out.. music.

Getting judged by others.. music.

Uncomfortable in new areas.. music.

The list goes on.

If in doubt.. music.
Miss Eclair is officially one year old today. As she is a true agent of chaos and chose violence to be the theme of her day, the only picture I have of her is this one. Protecting her froyo and giving me side-eye. Bonus pic of her destructive impatience on the ten minute ride to the park Saturday.
Anyone else get the ‘Yugioh is demon summoning’ flavor of religious trauma?
One of the sparrows decided to knock on the window this morning in what would have been a Disney princess moment had it not been done out of demand I refill the bird feeder.

For the record, I did feed her. Along with all the other hoodlums.
The worst picture of a rainbow. Taken through my open car window as I drive through the loopdyloops.
Some things are lost in translation when playing DnD virtually. Like the knowing glances when the DM tells you to behave citing a very specific instance 2/3 of you were directly responsible for. Alas, to poor DM’s chagrin, our third party member seems to be a gremlin as well.
My mother and I had a conversation recently where we both discovered she had not read 1984, Animal Farm, or Fahrenheit 451 in the ever, much less in the classroom. But I never had an actual health class. So she got anatomy, we got dystopian literature. A wild time for sure.
New park, new stuff, same Eclair trying to drag to my death approximately 15 seconds after this
Ooooh! What kind of music? If there was a piano to hide under that would be a good option. Trying to get the garden decent enough to disappear in.
Which also, I know everyone has different things they find comforting. I’m a habitual closet hider. Always have been. Quite honestly never thought about it this much until the other day. More food for therapy I guess 🙃
I don’t disagree. They’re similar enough. It’s really the type of cooldown that’s different I’d say. Bathrooms tend toward clinical, so it was kind of like having a bucket of cold water being dumped on you. Closets have a homier cluttered feel, so it’s more like a hug/old book smell.
Perhaps. Tub feels more like put-yourself-in-timeout than go-take-a-breather though. The closets just cozier?
The best part of a walk-in closet; is the being able to shut the door, lay on the floor, and just shut the world out with headphones in for a bit.

We do not have a walk-in closet, so the bathtub will have to make do *grabs pillow to scream into*
Recently learned that one should not automatically assume what appear to be weeds with heart shaped leaves, are always the offending spiky vines. Sometimes, they are redbuds. Who knew?
