UK electricity prices have skyrocketed because they are tied to the volatile global gas market.
We have to look into new ways of tackling this to bring down bills for families - especially given today's news of the energy price cap increase.
I suggested one such approach to the Minister today👇

This latest shocking rise in sewage spills must be the final straw for Thames Water. The government must put this broken firm into special administration to give customers the fair deal they deserve.
