Orchard Bordered by Cypresses, Vincent van Gogh, 1888, Arles, Collection Kröller-Müller Museum. Vincent wrote to his sister "a dug-over patch of ground in an orchard, a wicker fence and two peach trees in full bloom, pink against a sparkling blue sky with white clouds and in sunshine."

@fondationbeyeler.bsky.social yesterday. A must visit for art lovers. They are building a new wing to house more of the art collection. It’s amazing how nature and art are blended together here. 💛

Auvers nowadays hasn't changed much since Vincent was here. It's wonderful to experience the town how Vincent experienced it. Definitely worth a visit when you are in Paris. The town hall in Auvers on the 14 of July, 1890, Auvers-sur-Oise, Vincent van Gogh.
