Queer allies! Good work, thank you for everything, but when you see something that makes you upset on our behalf, you don’t need to show it to us and tell us how awful it is, show it to your straight cis friends who aren’t allies and tell them how awful it is. That’s more helpful, thank you :)

For a decade now, I've had the best friends I've ever had and ever will have. Our lives have all changed tremendously in that time, but we're all a constant in this swirling vortex of madness for eachother. I wouldn't be who I am today without this band of idiots.

... we even qualified for the first ever UK Championships, but went out in the first round to eventual winners and UK Squid Game legends, 4D.

At least we invented the tradition of BUCKITZ that day.

10 years ago today, @alexolney.co.uk, @bexcauldron.bsky.social, @galaxygummy.bsky.social and I played Splatoon ranked together for the first time, on the first day the mode was available.

We would go on to play the game together every night for months on end. Alex dubbed our team "Cephalopros"...
