Most people say exactly what you've said I don't remember the trauma It couldn't have been real other people have had it worse I'm probably just making it up but that's exactly how DID works You're not supposed to remember that was the whole point of splitting. The system was created you're protect you from knowing. And you've described parts, co-fronting, amnesia switching, passive influence, internal conversations, trauma roles, internal families, protectors, caretakers, littles, executive control and handing off.... That's not manipulative daydreaming. Does not imagination. that's DID system behavior and I say that with guarded clarity and I think it's not something you made up but something your brain built to save your life

I wish our #cats weren't little assholes and would cuddle with me. But no, not going to happen. I miss Gideon. He was such a great little #dog. I miss him coming into my room and just lying on my legs so I can't move. I miss having a connection with someone/thing other than my fucked up head.

I am so #disappointed in myself. I had to break down and take my #Lorazepam because nothing I was doing was making my #anxiety go away. None of the tools I have were working. Not #breathing, not #meditation, nothing. And now, not only do I not feel any anxiety, but I don't feel anything.

So day 3 of #prednisone to help break this #migraine. No relief. My #anxiety is through the roof with the shitshow that is now the US. #Depression so bad I just want to #dissociate and #sleep until this is all over and if I happen to not wake up..the SI is strong today

You know that feeling you get when a #headache / #migraine finally breaks? I find that feeling better than sex/an orgasm. I spent another day rotating ice packs and using my awesome heating pad.
