(Also: We could really use a rating or review or two for the new pod!)
Can you guess what the fatal flaw in Seth Wickersham's book about the rise of the QB as a societal institution here in the United States might be? What could possibly have led Sam to give this a big old whoopie cushion bleat?

Top 3 politics books on @bookshop.org - we sold a ton of all of these. What does it say that so many readers find these books compelling, and yet we are left with the U.S. society and government we have right now?

Dad always used to say that if you aren't falling down, you're not going hard enough. This is the way.
anyway not to get sincere on main but i think pretty often of klein saying, with childish, ahistorical petulance, "then why are we losing??" and coates answering: "because there are always moments when we lose." so we're losing! big deal!! some of you need to learn to go down swinging

In retrospect, we were always going to open a bookstore together. Just about 27 years since we took a Christmas trip to Shakespeare's house as a family. Anyway, who's seen "Hamnet"? It's good?

We have sold exactly zero copies of this.

Trying to imagine handselling it: "Oh, you're looking for something written by someone who's totally morally bankrupt and sounds like she was writing on her sixth day of trucker speed using only emojis? I've got the perfect thing."

BTW, this word cloud of the search terms y'all use on our site is pretty funny. I often tell people we're known for death, Jellycats, and knitting.
