As years go by, my opinion of the PS3 being the best PlayStation console only gets stronger. Especially when you hack/jailbreak it, it really is such a capable machine. And the XMB is untouchable, it's such a beautiful and feature-filled UI system. Also, free online multiplayer! Simpler times.

I gotta say, dating someone that has similar politics as you and is not afraid in talking about it is such a fun time. Maybe that's the thing that I needed all this time. It makes it easier for me to be trusting in one another.

It's definitely a lesser game compared to the OG trilogy but it is a decent game in its own right. Combat feels like it would have been the best in the series, if it had more polish and less jank. Same goes for the exploration. And there's some neat story beats and side quests.

I got the top leaderboard score in both matches just by playing support class and PTFO, and that's peak Battlefield to me.

Only got time for 2 conquest matches in Battlefield 6 but man, it clears 2042 already. The sound design is impeccable, and the destruction physics are probably the best its ever been. Not to mention the game just feels much more well designed, the overall pacing of the action is much more enjoyable.

So far, Mafia The Old Country is the cinematic gaming comfort food that I've desperately needed. Can see it being my GOTY tbh

Feeling like the lowest point i had in a while. Desperately need to touch grass and just do more stuff instead of rotting indoors, but lately I'm almost always feeling tired and sluggish. Not to mention the ol' insomnia kicking in. What a curse.

I admit this year's slate of games have mostly been not that interesting for me so far. But August is where it really start to heat up for me. Mafia The Old Country, Sword of the Sea, Gears of War Reloaded, MGS Delta are all looking to be huge Ws.

Dating sucks the life out of me. Dealing with the diabolical design of dating apps especially makes me pretty jaded. Been going through a bunch of revolving doors in the past 2 years. Would love to settle for real someday๐

I've been thinking about doing a marathon of Naughty Dog games, I really feel like it's the right time replay their games. I probably will get distracted midway, but at the very least I could do the OG Crash trilogy.

This is probably my last digicam pickup for a while. Cost me about 100 USD for the camera, and I had to import the battery for like 35 USD because I couldn't find anybody selling it locally. It's definitely one of my cutest cameras, other than my OG Konica Pop.

Started The Plucky Squire. This is such a wonderful, jolly time so far. Easily the most well executed cartoon art style in a game since Cuphead. I can't get enough of how adorable it is. Especially these frogs!

Starting the TLOU part II Chronological mode and it's already so cursed for me. Starting off with Abby just feels so wrong lol, it's like starting with Raiden in MGS2. But I'm excited to have another way to appreciate the game even more.
