In light of the political environment being what it is, I'm adding a select number of copyediting slots at a sliding scale rate for authors of LGBTQ+ fiction beginning in 2026.

the WHOLE THING about writing is realizing that you don't "already" have "the whole thing" in your head. when it's just an idea that warm feeling smooths over all the gaps. but you've got a germ. a seed. there are *so many choices* left to make--real, hard, meaningful, creative choices.

great to see the school board and one of the county commissioners speaking at our little mountain town rally today! We lined up along Main Street through the entire northern half of town and a ton of people honked and waved as they drove by. small town solidarity!
