🐾 On this #NationalDogDay, we’re honouring Jumbo — one of the last Coast Salish woolly dogs, pictured here with Mary Adams in 1920.

Woolly dogs were highly prized by Coast Salish communities for their soft hair, which was used in sacred textiles.
