I was a teen myself at the time. I think when I first saw it, I just didn't get why they needed to give this context to them. I also didn't think it was right. I didn't see them as Indigenous in "The Price," so when they forced that later...it was just a yikes to me.

I don't know. I thought it was cringe at the time. I never got why they connected them to Indigenous peoples in that ep as they were not intended to be in "The Price." They should have just been a one ep thing.

But, yes. I've always been 1000000000% against a reboot of "Xena." LEAVE IT ALONE!

But I also fully support if they want to make "Eve: Amazon Queen" since Rob was talking about a new show in the world, but not a "Xena" reboot.

I tracked down and read the script. Truly, we were saved from a soulless monstrosity. More of that action please

Unfortunately, "Daughter of Pomira" does that and it's TERRIBLE. 😬 It would have been better if they had NOT connected the Pomira to Indigneous peoples.

"Xena" was literally the number one show IN THE WORLD, and if I remember correctly, was on in over 150 countries. It was THE biggest show.

And 6 seasons was a good run. Few big hit shows did more than 7, often with only a half of a 1st season ("Xena" had 24 in S1). 134 eps overall.
