I know folks in the east (north America) have been getting their winter. Not out here in BC and the Okanagan Valley. One very extended autumn.
Right now- doing some housework, got the deck door open, wearing shorts. About 8°C.

Hard to believe this is the #US AG . Incoherent, scattered, evasive.
RASKIN: Will you create a joint task force of the DOJ and state officials and district attorneys to investigate the crimes that have taken place against these victims are more than 1,000 like them?

I keep thinking about going back in time, maybe as far back as the 90s, and telling a few of these stories (like the one you just told, and others, starring the same characters) down at the local pub. And getting cut off and eventually banned for being ‘unstable’. No more drinks, crazy fella!

Good call. Stoke the fire boxes in the boilers and get those dreadnoughts up to ramming speed! Ahoy, lardass.

#Anerica first means #America alone.

Read that somewhere today but I can’t recall where so I’m unable to properly credit.

No son, they are not "magically delicious." The workers made them delicious. This is a slogan meant to mystify the social conditions of labor

There are people trying to get on with their daily lives with the knowledge that this guy is in charge.
Trump: "Construction jobs are way up, right? Well, they're up because they're building all these factories all over the country. You have car plants under construction. I spoke to Mr. Toyota in Japan. I said, 'What's you name?' 'Toy-ota!' I said, 'If your name is Toyota you're a very rich guy.'"

When #Alberta separates from #Canada, where are the separators going to go? The actual dirt belongs to Canada. They’ll have to find some other place to be separated at.

A warm winter and early spring means increased predator pressure along with accelerated growth. It gives with one hand and whacks with the other.

Growers in the Okanagan valley expect a natural attrition of potential pests and diseases from seasonal temperatures. Consistently low temperatures - in our case negative day and -10 or so at night over ten, 15 or more days has a measurable impact on various species.

We’re entering the tail end of a non-winter here in #Canada ‘s #Okanagan valley. A perpetual autumn. Temperatures rarely below -5C and very little precipitation. This might be the jinx that sends us an Arctic outflow but it’s looking doubtful as each day slips by.
