The one thing I think AI bros try to ignore or pretend it is working against them is that they think copyright needs to be abolished, mostly because it stops them from copyrighting their gen ai 'creations'

one of my favorite games. the music, the combat, the character and the story just resonated with me. a shame the series was never really explored further.

I know some people say " why bother talking about who they are" and tbh, I was just curious. when the list was new, all I saw was the excel doc getting thrown around, but I never actually looked into the group that made it. I just assumed it was twitter users. turns out it was unhinged forum users.
Sometimes I need a laugh and I forget that the 'woke content detector' exists on steam and this one made me laugh, because the series has had two playable female combatants on the front line since 1998. This isn't a sudden or new development in the series

I think it might be time for another social media break again. but we'll see. I want to avoid getting myself back what I was. especially since my first break was actually pretty good for my mental health overall.

I'm not even a fan of Ghost of Yotei, but it is crazy how many times the goalpost for it's 'success' that the detractors have moved. First they said the game was going to flop ( it didn't flop)

I don't usually post about political stuff, but I think it is very telling that if someone you go against in any kind of election wins and if the first things you and your 'following' plan to do is figure out ways to remove them from power and to claim everything is rigged when you don't win.

reminds me of the guy who gave nier automata a bad score because he had to stop playing breath of the wild to review it. some people generally shouldn't be reviewing games if they're just gonna be negative from the get go because of reasons outside the game.

Me and a friend basically sat down a few days ago and just started looking into economy and marketplace of second life. mostly because we were bored, but I also just wanted to see what the marketplace was selling and see if I could translate that into actual money value.

One of the things I'm wondering is actually what is gonna happen to FFXIV once SE moves on ( if it does) ,possible private servers? is it just gonna be shuttered for good? are we just gonna move on to another mmo?

It is interesting to me that people are clamoring for more current day leon and chris in the games, citing that Grace just isn't a good enough protagonist ( which we don't even know yet, since we haven't played the game)

like, related to my last QRT. We aren't in a game, anime or cartoon. it's not a fantasy book.. trying to side with people who hate you in hopes they'll hate you less never works. If anything, it is an ultimate sign of weakness because you're willing to throw people under the bus for validation.
