I also don’t think it’s ur job as a recovered person to help others, i don’t think everyone can do both things. I don’t believe /I/ can sometimes, but I think if you’re really interested in helping someone who’s really far gone it’s one of those things u should keep in mind I personally believe

it’s an active work in progress for me. it’s also a precarious balance. I want to completely erase the feeling of euphoria over meticulous control so I don’t over romanticize it and crave it, but I also don’t want to forget why it’s hard for people to leave that mindset, a lot of journaling involved
