This amazing. Truly, nothing changes.
Every few months now I re-read this "Who Goes Nazi?" piece from 1941 and am blown away by how it captures the people we are dealing with 80 years later.

The person who helped locate the Brown shooter is an immigrant. The person in Sydney who tackled one of the shooters is Muslim. Sometimes the people who are most willing to help others are from communities that know first-hand how much hatred threatens the values we need to live together.

Ahmed was then shot in the leg and shoulder by another terrorist. He’s being treated in the hospital and expected to be OK.

A font that works for dyslexic people *really is* DEI -- it is Inclusion. Trump personally ordered all government documents to use fonts that work less well for dyslexic people, explicitly because it is DEI. A hugely costly change for no purpose other than exclusion.

If you make a billion dollars — or $500 million or even $100 million dollars — and you keep trying to make more, then there is something seriously wrong with you. It's a mental illness akin to hoarding or drug addiction.

Air pollution dropped not just in the congestion pricing zone, but across the 5 boroughs and greater metro area. Quote from article "This tells us that congestion pricing didn't simply relocate air pollution to the suburbs by rerouting traffic.”

People keep wondering why they're going after Venezuela. It's because they want to do regime change and control its oil, then use a big tract of land there to keep a tax free "network state" that looks like Dubai but operates like Rhodesia. They are saying this out loud! Believe them!

Trump: "You can give up certain products. You could give up pencils. Because under the China policy, every child can get 37 pencils. They only need 1 or 2. They don't need that many. You always need steel. You don't need 37 dolls for your daughter. 2 or 3 is nice. So we're doing things right."

Trump is going to dump tens of $ billions in payments for huge commodity farmers to compensate for huge losses they will suffer from his idiotic trade war. Meanwhile, small farmers growing for local markets will get nothing. Just canceled grants and "thoughts and prayers". wapo.st/3YXdAbU
