adding to this as my condition hasn't really changed, I managed to have a couple good days where I managed to finish some commissions but it has been trying to sleep off pain and nausea for 16-18 hours a day then barely functioning for the rest.

I've had blood tests done and a CAT scan done earlier last year so I honestly dk what it might be, it may just be severe burnout paired with family issues that knocked me down like a victorian orphan,,,
