Have you ever tried a pharmacy delivery site instead of in person prescriptions? i use pharmacy2u, idk how it works outside the uk but its not more expensive here, it might be worth a look into? antidepressants are so dangerous to miss doses of, Im so sorry you're dealing with that, its so hard :( 💙

I will hold off on it at least until i'm out of my current mental slum then lol, better to make those decisions with a clear head and all. But the fruit juices are a great idea!
