God, yes, you can still have a very well-endowed character without sexualizing them. Even the most hourglass woman with large breasts is not inherently sexual. Clothing and personality play a large role as well.

It depends on how it's carried out. Achievements for just doing parts of the story often feels tacked on, however achievements for doing things against the grain or specific challenges are fun and feel like a badge of honor well earned. I don't like achievements that go 'you started the game hooray'
