Yesterday we hosted Dr Helen Matthews (Uni. of Sheffield) for a great seminar on cell shape and the cytoskeleton in cancer.
She showed how healthy cells tightly control their shape, how this regulation breaks down in tumours, and highlighted the role of actin dynamics. 🧪🧬🔬
