Okay, trying to play Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 with keyboard/mouse is not viable for me. I switched to my controller and combat is way more manageable. I can actually take down bandits now. Still not easy, but exponentially more manageable compared to me trying to use my mouse.

I finally picked up Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 on Steam, and I apologize to all the NPCs getting robbed on the road. You are on your own until I can freaking figure how to not royally suck at combat. I'm going to make a beeline to Tomcat now.

My new job is a huge shift from working at AWS. Not only do they actually treat me like a human, I was invited to an end of the year team celebration. It's been a long while since I've had a work outing. Wrapped it up with axe throwing and I'm not that bad at it.

I'm having an absolute blast with Metroid Prime 4! Absolute "comfort food" for me. I'm playing through it slowly just taking it all in. Also, I finally got the VI-O-LA. So happy!

I'm spending today just like I did on Black Friday. Playing video games nonstop just about. Yesterday was Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life, made it through the first year. Today has been ARC Raiders so far. Likely play some more A Wonderful Life later. Dang I needed this.

So, I have my brand new Switch 2 and I haven't really played anything on it yet. Instead, I'm hooked on playing Terraria with my wife. Just reached Hardmode and there is all new gear I need to collect. Curse these games.

This shows that talent and an amazing team are more important than a massive budget in game development.

I'm bummed out. UPS delayed my Switch 2. It got to my city, but it looks like it missed the truck, at least that is what I'm hoping. Still waiting on an updated delivery day.
