It seems Dozy Don wants to reduce fuel efficiency for cars. The current plan is to have 50 mpg by 2031. He wants it reduced to 34 mpg. He claims it will reduce the price of a car by $1000.
Of course you will have to fuel up more often, so gas expense will increase, quickly eating up the $1000 saved.

When are republicans and Magats getting into their thick skulls that we are all descendants of immigrants. Our parents and grandparents, etc were immigrants. Immigrants made this country and continue to do so.

I reflected much on what I am grateful for this weekend.
I am grateful full for my family and my grandsons.
But I am truly grateful that my parents taught me to treat every person as an individual and to not blame or revile a group based on the actions of one person.

Fun fact. Just got my statement from SS. I got a 2.8% COLA increase. Due to the increase in Medicare premiums, I will actually receive $100 less each month. For me, I can live with this, but I think about others who can’t.
