After Working on my dad's stand, I felt the urge to go back and fix up my stand's design and clean up the abilities a bit. Likely the last stand drawing for a bit as I've got other projects I want to work on and I'm starting to hyper fixate .-.

My stand Hunter's Moon designed to look like its wearing a wolf mask with a gold blade coming out of the top of the head with a slight tweak to the mouth to make it look a bit like a gas mask. the body is made to look like a black vest with blue fur lining the edge. the middle section connecting the two sides of the vest is made to give it a rib cage feel all together as the inside of the stand is hollow and filled a neon energy. the back of the shoulders have a pair of crescent moons similar to the shins, while the claws have been made smaller compared to my previous version, instead having made the arms longer. the Legs sport my spiral patterns I like to use and have heavy boots like you'd see on a gundam. finally the energy I had before was adjusted to be more neon and sporting both green and blue colors. The Additional ability is tying it to the Steel Ball Run universe, giving it a spin related upgrade.

The last time I worked on a Corpus x Nobody fusion was around 2023-2024.

I knew when working on the Dusk Crewman that the next Corpus x Nobody I would be combining would be what I think of as the sort of "support units", the Moa and the Creeper. What really made me want to mix those two was how the moa reminded me of the Creeper in it's two legged form (or I guess when its walking on its hands I suppose?). with a tweak or two I knew I'd have a decent concept for them. For the gun I decided to take a few aspects from Xigbar's arrow gun. I don't know of a lot of Nobodies who use projectiles other than the snipers and a crossbow didn't seem to work to me (plus I don't want to overlap the basic units too much since I'll likely end up using them later). I may end up using the Creeper again with the Ospreys, but only because I know Creepers have a few different forms, one being a bird/bat like form thats both different enough in design and would fuse nicely with the Osprey.

Magikarp is one of my favorite water pokemon from gen 1 so for my fakemon region I wanted to try and give him a regional version with an alternate evolution, leading to Magiking. their designs are inspired by tuna, sailfish and shrimp.

An idea I've had bouncing around in my head for a while since learning about Jojo's part 8 was fusing Crazy Diamond (my favorite stand) with Soft and Wet. Went with the name Cold heart based on the song cold little heart.

Fusion of the Stands Crazy Diamond / Soft and Wet from Jojo's Bizarre Adventure parts 4 and 8 respectively. Stand Name Cold Heart, based on the song Cold Little Heart. When deciding the name instead of taking the name of the stands and combining them, I tried listening to each of the songs and trying to find a song that sounded like a mix of the two songs. After looking at a few songs I finally Settled on Cold Little Heart both cause the feel of the song and how it sort of calls back to both stands.

City design based on the water fountain at work. genuinely spent days looking at it thinking "that would make for a really cool looking city", so I made it into a sort of Golden Saucer like city from Final Fantasy 7.

3 giant trees standing on top of massive bowl like tower structures, rising above a city below it, built similarly to midgar from FF7 with an upper city above and an under city hidden by the city above and the massive walls around the entire city. major difference being the window ring around the wall letting light in to the under city. the trees themselves being cyborg in nature, showing lights at the hearts of the trees.

Starting off the new year bringing back my Kingdom Hearts x Warframe series using the Murmur and Unversed factions. Both of them have an air of mystery to them and some level of abstractness that I felt meshed well together.

The Murmur are very fascinating as eldritch constructs from the Void, most of which taking the form of limbs attached to boxes. meanwhile the Unversed are creatures born of negative emotion and are "beings not well versed in their own existence". I feel someone who's played both games can see the relation and how they make for a good fit. The flood being so simple made this a bit easier to design since it'd end up taking a lot of the detail out, but I did want to have a bit more to the design than just a shadow version of the murmur enemy, so I included the Unversed Emblem, both to make it clear its not a heartless and just to practice drawing the emblem.

Some skeletal practice in the form of a giant emaciated looking monster. It was defeated in battle but the sword embedded in its skull cursed the creature with immortality. Now it wanders around a cursed land bleeding toxic fumes from the depths.

An undead beast with an exposed horse like skull and emaciated body. Possessing 4 arms, two of which tote large curved machete like blades instead of hands, an exposed rib cage and a long thin tail with spikes sticking out on either side of the tip of the tail. I still absolutely love my design for this dragon. Don't know if others would agree if it looks good but I love it and I feel like years from now this will be one of the first pieces I remake to see how much I improved in the future.
A dragon godzilla like blue spines and small blue horns on its head, front and back legs, possessing a fluffy tail made of shredded scales and wings where the majority of the wings are broken up into long strands.

The future feels very uncertain, more than ever I believe. I'd like to hope that in the future I'll be able to enjoy a Christmas much like the ones I had as a child, from the perspective of a parent, watching my own kids open their presents. Alas the scary part of the future is how unknown it is and how it may take a shape that you may not like. Designing this ghost was a bit of a challenge. Of course it's always basically the grim reaper minus the scythe, but beyond that there aren't really any features to play with. Because of that I had to venture a bit outside of the Christmas Carol and take a page from my favorite death priest, the Beast Clergyman. The coat itself uses a sort of jagged look that looks as if its intended to be like that instead of shredded from age. What makes it really my own design is the tail with a bit of red at the tip and the ghostly green glowing eye from under the hood.

To say the Christmas Carol is my favorite charismas story is an understatement. For several years now I started a tradition to do a marathon of the Christmas Carol, watching as many versions of the story as I can get my hands on. Favorite honestly I think would be the 3D version with Jim Carrey, least favorite is Scrooged. Conveniently the Ghost of Christmas Present's design is one I kinda already vibe with, so I just made a few alterations to make it more like my OC. Scabbard on the back made for my sword design, tail, emblem on the belt. Could have made a version with blue flames but I feel like the fire from his horn sort of has a holiness to it I didn't want to mess with too much.

The most memorable Christmas from my past was the year I got my giant dinosaur beanbag/ plushies. I remember a giant box in the living room, opening them up and seeing a triceratops, brontosaur and raptor the size of me in there. Later on after opening my presents, I looked out the window and swore I saw Santa flying toward the moon. I've had other memorable Christmases, but none stuck with me like that one did. For the design of this I wanted to take the designs from all the different versions of the Ghost of Christmas Past and make something that would work for me, specifically the 3D one and the one with Patrick Stewart as Scrooge. My favorite part was making the tail into a candle, replacing the paint brush like tip with a candle flame.

A Florida Fakemon region requires several specific animal based pokemon to properly represent Florida. Alligators, Manatees and Flamingos to name a few. One of these animals are crabs (stone and blue crab), so here is a blue crab pokemon.

Thunder slime A branch of the slime family that evolved parts of their bodies to resemble rain clouds. by cycling different parts of the clouds quickly, it can force the molecules in the clouds to become charged and creating lighting and electrocuting anything that wonders too close to it. the halo behind its head is used as both a way to ground itself from its own electricity and as a way to nourish itself (feeding on electrical energy). this system allows it to replenish a portion of the energy lost when creating its electrical defense system. Design wise this is another creature designed when thinking about creatures such as the heartless from kingdom hearts like the Red Nocturne and in this case the Yellow Opera.

Started getting back into Yugioh a bit and felt like drawing some support for the favorite card of my childhood (Little Swordsman of Aile) and one of my new favorites, Gouki Guts (technically the entire Gouki Archetype).

The design is heavily focused on Little Swordsman of Aile fused with specifically Gouki Guts (being my favorite Gouki) with the sword referencing Gouki the Blade Ogre. the Lizard sort of inherited the spikes and a sort of mask looking design on its face. Modern Yugioh kind of requires an easier way to get fusion monsters to the field so I decided to make it any Gouki monster since the other target would have to be Little Swordsman. The stats are just adding Gouki Guts and Little Swordsmans attack and defense together, but I knew I wanted the power to be in their effects like how it is for the material cards. I'm not sure if the effects are broken or if its still not good, I'm not a pro at the game and prefer the old mechanics rather than the modern game, but I did my best.

Now the final drawing for inktober, had a few different concepts in my head before settling on giving Kirby the best boi award. Makes sense seeing as Air Riders is around the corner.

Kirby getting his award for being a good boi. once I narrowed down what the award was for, originally was going to give it to Bulbasaur but due to already making plenty of pokemon art, I wanted to do something different. That's when I realized I haven't drawn Kirby for a good while so decided he's earned himself an award for sure. As usual, these were fun but kinda exhausting to keep up with on a pretty strict schedule. Hopefully one day I can do art more regularly and so I can do these challenges more regularly. Important thing I've learned is I'm at a point where I don't think I'll improve much more until I learn better techniques from other, more accomplished artist.

Turtle I used for reference had red irises and looked like it had a mild intent to kill. Mine on the other hand looks like it's seen more than one turtle should ever see in its lifetime and is currently trying to clear its mind of any thoughts in order to escape those memories ._. but regardless being someone who had turtles for most of their life, I stand by thinking they are some of the most vacant looking animals in the world.

Really got to study how to draw a better skull which I'm really happy about.

While drawing this I could honestly picture this being a fusion in Yugioh if Final Fantasy and Dark Souls ever colabed with each other. Inner machinations of my mind. Person in the image isn't based on anyone specific, more so just a generic character though the elements from their "mind" are basically what are in my head. I did something like this when I was in college as a drawing exercise and had fun with it before. honestly its nice to do something like that again and I wouldn't mind trying this again in a few years.

For this I decided to kill several birds with one stone by drawing the Halloween skin for Wukong from Predecessor (formally known as Paragon). Fun game that should have more attention on it.

This skin is called Infernal Wukong and is 100% a reference to Hellboy, down to the broken horn with glowing firey tips, plus the staff which is basically volcanic, feel like it hits the theme pretty solidly, even if its not the textbook definition of inferno
