I am struggling with those saying that p/mile EV charge will deter sales of EVs.
You won’t be able to buy a new ICE car from 2030 so you will have no choice but to buy EVs from then so how will the new p/mile charge deter sales & most EVs are bought by companies due to tax saving & running costs
