The Thanksgiving food rundown for today:
As previously mentioned, smoked a brisket. Made some burnt ends but with a Japanese BBQ sauce base. No complaints. First foil container has pieces from the point and the other has some pieces from the flat (not really burnt ends but they're still tasty). 1/4

Perhaps dallying with death was a way of feeling closer to where they’d gone. I don’t know. It doesn’t always make sense, the way you miss somebody. Sometimes, hurt seeks hurt.
