I've been meaning to recut these earrings since I've improved my laser cutting (smoother engraved areas, no flash back chipping, etc.) but also looking back this photo is sooooo pretty

Secretly, as an attempted birthday surprise, one of my gfs contacts the guy that put on the show, "I know this a long shot but I have to ask..." It turns out he kept it in a flat file all these years. He just moved studios and he knows exactly where it is. Badda bing badda boom.

"Huh, I guess I did show this in a gallery. I completely forgot about that. " Later I'm getting ready for bed and--OH MY GOD I NEVER PICKED IT UP. Devastating. Mystery solved but I'm embarrassed and crushed that I just left it somewhere 5 years ago.

After five years of looking for this lost piece, I picked it up today. I've periodically pulled apart our closets frustrated that I lost something so large. A few weeks ago, I was looking for a picture of it to remind the gfs what it looked like. I found one of it hanging on an unfamiliar wall.
