very happy news but wanna note the Supreme Court didn’t decline to overturn Obergefell, they declined to hear Kim Davis’s case much like they do hundreds of other cases a year and I feel like it’s important to make that distinction, like it’s a yay but not a definitive yay

The original Dem demands were:
1) Permanent ACA subsidies
2) Medicaid funding restored
3) No more blank checks for the regime (rescission)

They dropped Medicaid immediately. Went silent on rescission. Cut back to 1 year of subsidies on Friday. And surrendered today.
