Doing an october inking challenge w/ little pokemon, meant to work as either stickers or temporary tattoos! There will be 16 designs, where I'll do the outlines first, then the colors mainly in alcohol markers (also ink! but maybe hue-shifted a lil w/ colored pencils); so 31 total w/ b&w & color!

Figured that 1 out early. did take me a while to discover I could make a whole folder a 'lighthouse' reference 'layer', & have the clip-to-layer-below work on folders. Great for characters isolated from each other, but also grouped together & isolated from the background for coloring & effects.

gleeful and strictly pleasant tone of ads is understandable, but pisses me off to see in current economic situation and world wide issues (that could serve to enrich american businesses but at best will keep citizens just limping along enough to afford to drive to work).

I can only suggest my current focus of Look Outside. only 10$ and its got a ton going on and easy/story mode has a save anywhere feature that lets you pick it up and put it down real quick. I'm kinda not invested in shows or movies right now because our prime downgraded to the ad version.

In addition to the sticker mule ceo being a MAGA bozo who supports ICE, I personally find the quality of their stickers to be a bit worse than everywhere else. Some real sloppy cutlines an uneven layers.

Please buy your stuff from elsewhere, for both moral and quality reasons.

Also did some Magma doodling for #LookOutside
theme for me was Roaches doing a romance. First a valentine for Audrey, and then Morton facing the pressure of two oposing political trends.
Simple digital drawings of three characters from the video game Look Outside. The first is a line-less drawing of a small roach (of the cooperative mass of sentient roaches, known only as 'Roaches') holding a small pastel heart valentine on the surface of Audrey's face (the surface the animate vending machine monster that Audrey is) as she leans down and away from the roach in slight shock. The second is of a frazzled looking Morton (cricket like anthropomorphic character hidden in a drab cloak), sandwiched between two towers of vaguely rendered roaches in trench coats, hats, and glasses that press the vague areas of the their faces up against the sides of Morton's head.

Some more #LookOutside sketchbook work. One big page recounting how phillipe showed up in my first play thru; I was a little over leveled for the mold maze and felt kinda bad. But also I couldn't level him up in time for last 4th of the game so he just kinda got housecat treatment.

Other ways are these two:
1.) Camera flash. Dosn't match how he uses it in a battle against you, but it does match his attacks when he battles by your side
2.) Square lens hood for the large format camera. Lense hoods are good for cutting out light polution. Important for night sky photos in a city.

I've been interpreting it multiple ways. Main way (matching with the bellows and his story about taking pictures of the night sky): the back 'ground glass protector' of a large format 'plate' camera. Odd that its facing inward, but it could be how it was turned when absorbed into his body.

Now I at least know what my next playthrough is going to focus on: Who knew Sam before the visitor's arrival, and how many of them have entrances to the meat world in their rooms. People have been good about lore spoilers so far so I'll have to play through again to find out these granular details.
