fun fact: i learned this from an old forums thread where some guy said that the slit was normal and he had a round hole due to an injury caused by him jamming something up his dick for the purposes of sexual gratification, if i recall it correctly. message boards were the academies of their time.

also he keeps going on about how trans women tend to have a slit at the end of the urethra as opposed to a hole, which he claims is normal(?) and anyway i am not an expert but i think that is anatomically incorrect; slit is normal. for more information, look up the hilariously named "urinary meatus"

I was working two jobs prior to not working until it caught up to me and I ended up in the ER with a heart rate that wouldn't slow down until I had to take medication. I have been trying to get on disability since. A year later I started to caretake for my disabled child by myself as well. I had help previously but it wasn't working out and l've had to do a lot of it on my own, now I'm stuck in a situation where working isn't possible for my health and while I'm already caretaking for my disabled child that needs constant care. I did not ever envision this happening to me and have always worked hard to take care of my family but now I'm in what feels like an impossible situation trying my best to take care of my kids and myself so I can stay around for them as long as possible. Im not enjoying coming online asking for help but I have no where else to turn. I'm doing
