The D1 FBS Oversight Committee has recommended expanding the new 10-day Transfer Portal window to 15 days (Jan. 2-16).

The fine is directed to the Weaver-James-Corrigan-Swofford Postgraduate Scholarship Fund, which benefits ACC players pursuing graduate education.
