Remember Andrew Wakefield?
Here he is with his friend RFK Jr. in 2020.

Wakefield is the guy behind the fraudulent, retracted MMR–autism study. He lost his medical license for subjecting autistic children to unnecessary invasive procedures.

Now, with Kennedy in power, he’s getting a second act.

A 15-year-old autistic boy walked away from his mother's fruit stand. When she called police for help, they found him, called ICE, and locked him away for weeks.

Unconscionable.
Emmanuel, a 15-year-old with intellectual disabilities, wandered away from his mom’s fruit stand in October.

She reported him missing to Houston police. But instead of reuniting them, the city turned him over to ICE.

“They’re failing all of us,” his mom said.

I’m also struck how many important MAHA people are folks who tripped on shrooms for the first time as adults and think they’ve discovered something.
HHS Secretary has made a key component of his tenure ridding the agency of … checking notes … ah yes, conflicts of interest

President Donald Trump’s reflexive defenders lazily rely on the phrase “Trump derangement syndrome” (TDS) as both a schoolyard taunt and a blanket pardon for any fact-based criticism of the president. But the level of mass denial many of them exhibited this week is actually deranged.
Trump die-hards and fellow travelers are using a ‘Jedi mind trick’ on themselves
The real “Trump derangement syndrome” is looking at the Epstein emails, Trump's graft and U.S. warships in the Caribbean and saying, “There’s nothing there.”

I’ve reported on so many regular people being threatened and villified by conspiracy theories and hatred for people, many times spread by MTG. It’s awful when anyone has to deal with harassment and threats and I wonder if the congresswoman can look inward, too

I swear to God if Jeffrey Epstein had described Hillary Clinton as "that dog that hasn't barked," in secret emails these people would be making rabid content for days and calling for tribunals but ok www.msnbc.com/msnbc/news/e...
The conspiracy crowd’s reaction to the Epstein emails? Yawn.
Far-right conspiracy theorists and influencers are a big reason the Epstein scandal hasn’t died. But the newly released emails about Trump haven’t impressed them.
