I think it’s the first because I think Drake’s lawyers would’ve convinced him to motion to dismiss if they felt like there was enough substantive evidence to warrant his reputation. HOWEVER, a smart lawyer would’ve convinced Drake to never file this case to begin with because it only hurts him.

You can interpret that two ways: that the judge determined “I heard you like em young” doesn’t necessarily mean Lamar meant under the legal age and Drake can’t prove that’s what he meant or, that Drake’s reputation severely undermined him in this case.

So the judge determined that Kendrick Lamar’s insinuation that Drake is a pedophile is a nonactionable opinion, meaning there is not enough evidence to prove the statement is factually incorrect and defamatory.
