Finally picked up all 5 volumes of Tower Dungeon while in Japan after having it on my radar since launch and yes, it's pretty much everything I'd hoped for from Nihei. Very much feels like a "What if you combined Dungeon Meshi with Dark Souls" thing in the best way possible.

Honestly starting game projects with like an Episode 0 at stupid cheap or free pricing before you make the game you actually want to make might be one of the best ways of testing the waters while building an audience for yourself. It's certainly been on the brain for the last few months.

My mom, dad, and sis are hardcore maga and still show up for Disney stuff even if it's to hate watch and always buy merch so I'd say it's not they're gonna get them back so much as they never left so there's little to get back and more to lose with alienating anyone to the left.

My search for a Land of the Lustrous figure in Japan remains fruitless. 😭
But I did at least buy all but volume 12 of the manga and some of them were even the special edition so I at least got that. 😊
