I finally got back on health insurance Wednesday and here I am at like midnight Friday feeling like I gotta go to an appointment asap because now I'm like, twitching, feeling like I'm on a boat, and have a buzzing in my ear, but my insurance doesn't start till February. Next 3 weeks are gonna suck.

My favorite part of Unity's current Input System is tying Shooting to Right Trigger and Left Mouse click, with Looking tied to Right Stick and Mouse position, but shooting only works on your controller and looking only works on KB+M. 🫠

Renjoh Desperado's first volume supposedly released in English a few days ago and I'm pretty sure it just got delayed/cancelled and no one was told about it because no website or bookstore near me has it in stock and I was never notified of a shipment for my pre-order. Sounds like Denpa alright.

2 days into 2026 and I might actually have a (small) team to make a game. It's just me and some friends, obviously, but holy shit if we can get something going out of this that'd be amazing. Gonna post some concepts for it as we develop it and see how it goes.

Spent like 2 hours trying to figure out how to set up a system like Soulsborne's bloodstains and messages in an online environment and I feel like I at least understand what I'm supposed to do from a logic standpoint, but I have absolutely no idea how to program it. 🫠

I've got so many comics I wanted to draw but stopped because I suck at paneling and am kinda shit at composition and overthought both aspects, but I'm thinking about just finally going "fuck it" and posting what I've got when I've got it

I was asked what my anatomy refs looked like, so here's a look. I learned anatomy through a couple of ways but I'd say Russian Method has been the most effective one and also has been helping a lot with 3D modelling etc

Some friends have been very encouraging and suggested that in the future I should post timelapse videos and maybe do art streams in the future, so if able I'd love to try those out. I just hope I can deliver should I do so.

Really sucks when you've got a game idea you're sure people would adore but you know it'd cost millions to make, take years to develop, and is so far outside your skillset you just resign yourself to thinking some AAA studio will make it before you.
