There are a lot of creative jobs that just aren’t jobs anymore (or at least aren’t reliable enough jobs to base your whole career around) and it’s incredibly sad to see but I think the faster you can recognize it and adapt, the less it’ll break your heart/love of making things

Is it bad that as an animator and artist i don't want to create my own show or "break into" the industry whether it be mainstream or indie.

I just want to explore animation artform like a scientist. Seeing what I can achieve with it.

I don't have characters to tell a story.

You're not going to be able to draw everything perfectly in your comic, ur gonna have weird looking cars or buildings, or hands- And i want you to know that's fine
Readers spend seconds per panel- as long as things are clear narratively, keep going! Dont get stuck on making every panel a masterpiece
