I don't judge, I just hate.

I guess it's fitting that it's a reimagined, worse version of someone else's artwork

BBC mandates that all staff must complete compulsory pro-zionist training. You'll never guess whose licence fee is paying for it.

BBC training tells staff not to criticise Zionists
The training, rolled out to BBC staff last week and seen by Middle East Eye, says people should criticise the Israeli government rather than Zionists

Several hours too early for an all-night anime marathon, I decided to kill some time by buying a ticket to the first piece of shit movie that was playing next, and so, suddenly surrounded by hundreds of teenage girls, this was how I discovered Twilight was A Thing.

All the Star Trek shows are being removed from Netflix on January 8th, which is great news as it means I'll finally cancel my subscription.

"Kids are bullying each other to death online!" - nothing.
"Kids are radicalized online!" - nothing.
"Kids are turned into school shooters online!" - nothing.
"Kids are groomed by pedophiles online!" - nothing.
"Kids are turning against Israel!" - Australia bans social media access.

The last ever Labour government. Good riddance.
You wouldn’t be able to write people like this in a story because they’d be too unoriginal and boring to be believed, and yet British politics manages to produce such characters year after year.

(while standing over a battered fox carcass) "Why did Corbyn do this?"
The thing I still can't forgive Corbyn for is the generational harm he caused by enabling Brexit. When Starmer is gone, hopefully soon, I will feel the same way about the profound harm he has caused by making it palatable for the Far Right to ditch human rights norms. It will be his shameful legacy.
Starmer urges Europe’s leaders to curb ECHR to halt rise of far right
Exclusive: PM calls for members of European convention on human rights to allow tougher action to protect borders

But remember, we can't call them Nazis because they'll pretend their feelings are hurt.
Israeli National Security Minister Ben Gvir and other members of the Otzma Yehudit (Jewish Power) party wore golden noose-shaped pins to a Knesset National Security Committee meeting to discuss a bill to execute Palestinian detainees.

Universal Credit is just a payday loan scheme. Unsurprising that it was created by a landlord.

I have been saying for at least a decade that transphobia is a gateway drug to other, even more stupid reactionary opinions. It is the primer for so, so many forms of anti-science.
then, the transphobes , feeling victorious at how many people they have made unhappy and despairing in the previous week, move on to anything else that has a spectrum and the possibility of more colours than they can conceive - such hateful people - they cannot understand anything that is not THEM

I assumed this was done with wheels or something but HOLY CATS it's done with hundreds of little legs and I cannot be the only one thinking "THE LUGGAGE".
In a blend of heritage preservation and cutting-edge engineering, a 7,500-tonne, century-old Shikumen complex in Shanghai, which had been relocated to facilitate the construction of an underground commercial complex to revitalize the landmark Zhang's Garden, is being moved back to its original site.

The people complaining about collective leadership aren't complaining because they have cogent critiques of the model, they're complaining because they can only think of things in terms of great men of history and glorious leaders.
They don't want a movement, they want a dictator, a golden boy.

This is harmless buffoonery, and anyone who pretends it is anything more is a fool.
Protesters have poured custard and apple crumble over the glass case holding the crown jewels in London, stating that 'democracy has crumbled'

Four people have been arrested, and the Tower of London has been closed to the public

I like Zarah Sultana, and really hope she can somehow disperse the "Tom Watson of the 2020s" vibes she's been putting out for the last few months.

Good afternoon and fuck Israel.

Reading this and thinking the Times Of Israel is a poor man's The Onion or something, but then realising this is a serious article and they are not joking when they say Israelis only getting equality is literal oppression.

This came into effect today, so now the government can take money directly from your bank account, which they can now access without a warrant if you've ever received any benefit.
I'm sure the famously well-run DWP will not make any errors here.

If you're still siding with Birmingham City Council after the scabs they hired ALSO went on strike over working conditions, I don't know what to tell you.

Love to see socialists melting down at the prospect of collective leadership. Or as it's more commonly known, "socialism".

When I said "use science to get robots to places they shouldn't be" I meant Mars or the Marianas Trench, but putting them on public footpaths to make deliveries and put humans out of work is progress too I guess.

Alien: Earth feels like a waste of time.
They've already told you it's not canon and it doesn't tell a complete story - so what was the point beyond "more Alien content" because Disney needs a quick return on the billions it spent acquiring Fox?

I, an internet person who has founded exactly zero national-scale political parties from scratch, am absolutely seething at the concept of collective leadership in a socialist party.

Ireland is the home of multiple tech powerhouses. Please bear that in mind if you ever have to watch something on the RTE Player.

The issue with AI isn't that it's new technology and change is bad, the issue with AI is that they can't get one to work without feeding it stolen content.

I think we can all agree that "People's Front Of Judea" was amusing in 1979, but now it's basically the "I identify as an attack helicopter" of 2025 - the single joke they know.
