We’ve known this since psychiatrists labelled him a malignant narcissist prior to his election as president in 2016. I’d never heard the term before. Now I’m aware of what it means and how Trump has all characteristics needed to be diagnosed as one.
The only way to explain Trump is to acknowledge that he is insane. Certifiably so. No sane person could say and do the things he says and does. He should be institutionalized. Not to treat his insanity; he's too far gone for that, but to protect the rest of society from him and his sick followers.
