US govt likely meant this women, who is the ex-girlfriend of a founder in 2007 of the Rose City group in Portland. But Antifa was first founded vs Fascist NAZIS in 1932, then killed by them. After that any anti-fascists were Antifa. It’s local & self proclaimed, no national or world organization.
