My big takeaway from tonight’s DC Bar president candidates Q&A is that Pam Bondi’s brother is exactly who you think he is, and it’s very important that DC lawyers cast our votes for @whatajlp.bsky.social by the 6/4 deadline. Search your email for “Vote Today in the D.C. Bar Election” and do it now.

@annabower.bsky.social Have you seen any articles discussing why Judge Xanis hasn't held anyone at the DoJ or Homeland Security in civil contempt? That sounds like a reasonable starting place for, among other things, the noncompliant status reports. Not to mention the other issues.
