It was a perfect day for gettin' on the Rideau Canal. Lots of skaters, young & old, novice & expert alike. I saw a man in his 80s teaching a similarly aged woman. I helped a newcomer, who was new to our country and was on skates for the first time, with some advice to give him confidence.
